Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Airlle website located at airlle.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.
Airlle is a pre-launch platform currently collecting waitlist registrations from families and investors. The full Airlle platform — a private, verified social network connecting families around curated experiences — has not yet launched. These Terms govern your use of the waitlist website only. Separate, comprehensive terms of service will govern access to and use of the full platform upon its launch.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or submit information through our waitlist forms. By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect information from minors.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video, design, user interface, trade dress, platform concepts, business model descriptions, feature descriptions, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Airlle and its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Airlle name, logo, brand marks, and all associated trade dress are trademarks and service marks of Airlle. Nothing on this Site grants you any license, right, or interest in or to any of Airlle's intellectual property, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
You expressly agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
Any unauthorized use of Airlle's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. Airlle reserves all rights not expressly granted herein and will vigorously enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Airlle is deeply committed to the protection of children's privacy and safety. This Site is directed exclusively at adults — parents, guardians, and investors — aged 18 and over.
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 through this Site. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use this Site or submit any personal information.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. When the full Airlle platform launches, it will be designed and operated in full compliance with COPPA, GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation as it applies to children), and all other applicable child safety and privacy regulations. This will include verifiable parental consent mechanisms, age-appropriate data collection practices, parental access and deletion rights, and strict limitations on the types of data collected from minors.
By using this Site, you represent that you are not a minor and that, if you are a parent or guardian, you are not submitting information on behalf of or relating to a child under 13.

This Site and all content, materials, and services on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Airlle does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Airlle or through the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Airlle and its founders, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content thereon, even if Airlle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Airlle's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Airlle and its founders, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or in any way related to:
Airlle reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate fully with Airlle in asserting any available defenses. You shall not settle any claim without Airlle's prior written consent.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Washington, D.C., in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
You hereby waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 10, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Washington, D.C.
This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Airlle has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and usage practices.
Airlle reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Airlle with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
